  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect flowers, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Flowers must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the product itself (e.g., quality concerns or delivery errors).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Non-perishable and custom-made items (e.g., vases or accessories) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items only.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Shipping Costs:
