1. What types of flowers do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of fresh flowers, including seasonal blooms, roses, lilies, daisies, tulips, orchids, and many more. We also provide flower arrangements, bouquets, and gift sets for all occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery status.

4. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Please note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer free shipping.

We accept returns for damaged or defective flowers within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please visit our Contact Us page. Perishable items, such as flowers, can only be returned if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Yes! You can send flowers as a gift by entering the recipient’s details at checkout. You can also include a personalized message with your order.

9. Are there any additional fees for delivery?

In addition to shipping costs, there may be small handling fees depending on your location. All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
